GRILLED FISH


Ingredients:
Fish of your choice,can use whole fish or steaks
2 onion
8 tbsp shredded coconut
4 cloves garlic
2 curry leaves
1 tsp cumin seed
1 piece ginger 1 inch
20 dried red chillies
1/2 tspepper powder
salt to taste

Make diagonal slashes on both sides of the fish.
Rub the fish inside and out side with salt.
Grind all the other ingredients.
Rub the fish with the paste,make sure to rub into the gashes and all over the fish on both sides.
Grill for 30 minutes turning the fish over halfway through cooking time,or until cooked.
